Report structure

Following the Introduction section, Approach describes the overarching approach adopted for the project.

Process describes the process followed, and presents the outcomes, to answer the following questions:

• What is happening?

• What matters most?

• What can we do about it?

• How do we get it done?

Next Steps discusses next steps – implementation.
